The e.bove referenced memorandum- concerning our contract with
25X1 has been received and noted. It is most encouraaiminF, to hear
that I!G sees our feelings that 'PIC should become pore involved in. the
area of computer aphids. We have been trying to convince 1NPIC of the
growing importance of this field but, `!ailed to do so for nearly three'
years until the subject contract was approved. f.vca this contract repre-
