SUBJECT ~ Request by the United. States Arms Control and
Disarmament Agency to Increase Reimbursable
Agreement R/A-110 from
1. Attached is a copy of an official request. by ACDA
to increase reimbursable agreement R/A-110 from
as per your request.
2. Permission to proceed with the additional work has
not been granted, pending approval b the Executive Director,
NPIC. As matters now stand, personnel have
initiated work on the two tasks specified in the attached
document, but at a level commensurate with a DeX-
penditure ceiling.
3. It is therefore requested that appropriate Center
and Agency authorities be made aware of this requE:st, ~z
that a timely reply to ACDA be formulated.
4. The original documentation w_L11 be made available
upon request.
