" CIA Security representative arrived at the meeting to initiate
Z" and "TAG" clearances for the prinicipals, alternates and observers
of EXRAND in accordance with the desires of the Chairman of COMIREX.

EXRAND-M-26, dated 15 October 1969 was approved as corrected.

The Chairman provided handouts of thel dry

The Chairman noted that it appeared to have valuable
application. remarked that the existence of
the equipment had been made known to EXRAND earlier. SAC
now has the prototype and is using it under operational
conditions.
