Project Requirements Under AL-14
1. As of iT June 1969, there was app in uncommitted
funds remaining in AL-14. Of this amount, hes recent been committed
for PAR 251-Ring Smear Enhancement Techniques an an additional was
committed for PAR 252-Improvement of the Fluid Injection System on the -
cision Enlarger.
2. At a meeting held at NPIC on 19 May 1969, was asked
to consider a PAR on an optical feasibility stud for a tereogram Maker.
They responded favorably at an estimated cost of At the same time
they proposed a Services PAR in the amount of I land an extension of
PAR 24+9 for an additional year.
3. The following is a Status Report resume on the PAR's current or con-
templated which will be in existence thru FY-70:
AR 201 - Travel and Liaison -- One year extension, no additional fund-
ing required.

PAR 254 - Services - To be initiated prior to 30 June 1969,

4. PAR 251 and PAR 252 (reference) were committed by cable from the Con-
tracting Officer. PAR 253 as described in the referenced m ndum has been
submitted to DED in rough draft for comment and approval and has been asked
to submit the formal PAR by 25 June 1969. PAR 254 will be submitted at the
time and will be a Services type to include anticipated requirements for
color and black and white support, equipment consultation, technical services,
materials and like efforts in the amount of The total of these ex-
