The writing of staff studies and approval requests, evaluating R&D
proposals and the monitoring of contracts continues to occupy the major
portion of the Development & Engineering Division's time.
* ITR Program - Cloud screening feasibility tests are tentative
cheduled for the week of 14-18 April. The Phase IV proposal has been
evaluated and found to be acceptable. The necessary paper work has been
