Branch which becomes involved frequently with Comint matters. TYping
of reports and conduct. of business involving Comint by the branch
must now be done by cleared secretaries of other branches with great
inefficiency and often delay in the prosecution of important business.
3. If the waiver is not granted it is now anticipated that,
because of the requirement for the clearance, the Subject will have
to be removed from her present position.
