Forces NRC Committee on Vision
1. In view of your earlier expressions of interest in heving
representation at the subject gymnasium, I am forwarding herewith
the latest announcement from the Armed Forces - NRC Committee on
Vision.
2. You will note that the date has been Changed to 7-8 April
1959 and the location of the meeting has been shifted to Washington,
D. C. I will keep you posted of additional details as they are
forwarded to no *ad will rely on eadh of you to make bia own
arrangements for attendance.

IMPORTANT AMOUNCEMENT
The preliminary announcement for the Visual Search Techniques
Symposium brought enthusiastic response. Because of the excellent
program, and its importance, the Executive Council of the Armed
Forces - NBC Committee =Vision has decided to hold this symposium
in Washington, D. C, where a larger attendance can be assured*
Thorofare, the Visual Search Symposium originally announced for the
U, S. Navy Electronics Laboratory in San Diego will not be held in
January, It has been re-scheduled as a major portion of the Spring
meeting of the Committee on Vision, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7 and 8
April 19599 Washington, D0 C.
