1. Both proposals contained in references B and C have merit and
seem to be feasible. The nronosal is quite detailed and STAT
appears to be excellent. Although the proposal is fairly SI-AT
general we feel that the problem is thoroughly understood.
Either company could manufacture a satisfactory printer. Since
this is essentially a matter for your final determination, we hesitate
in recommending one proposal over the other. However we would call your
attention to the urgency of need for this service so that the earliest
date of delivery by either manufacturer might constitute an important
factor in your decision.
