1. The attached roposal from ITEIC is the one which they made
for the Air Force (SAC). We received two copies from ITIIC, one which
we will keep here on file; the other is for your files.
2. This proposal is for the equipment discussed in your telephone
conversation with Mr. Lundahl on 18 May. Two mensuration viewers will
be purchased jointly by CIA and Army under this proposal.
