1. Attached hereto Is a copy of the subject study which PIC
has Just obtained.. As you viU note, it has no classification
and apparently a copy has been forwarded to eestman Kodak. The
author, for Daniel Andeear USJ P, has agent such tine at PIC
gathering his ideas and conclusions.
2. It is mast interesting to as to note that the whole study
is by and large a restatement of what ve have done or are in process
of doing at PIC. This odds to our confidence, but I ruld hope
that SAC might be able to suggest a few adv teed, Ideas that wa might
consider and profitably adopt.
3. The study is forwarded for your inforastion and return
to us. SAC does not know that we have it, and I feel that we should
be discreet in our handling or discussion of it.
