concerning a DIA Basic Report. Your question
seemed to imply that. you had doubts as to whether
or not PIA had NTP responsibility for this
category of basic'report.
I don't.know whether or not you want to dely

nto this topic right now but in seeking an
answer' it was like pulling a thread on a knitted
sweater}; I believe there is. a good-deal of
i iprov sa ion in defining the small print of the
NTP and there are frequent incursions among PI
shops. into one another's territory, Since NPIC
has the biggest and fattest account, our PI's

are the ones frequently alarmed when DIA, IAS,
et al, put out 'a Basic Report which they feel is
.an NPIC responsibility. EXSUBC(N is the normal

in managing.our business. Better working level
communications amonn'PI shops* certainly would help
and this 'is one arena that, you may, wish to
concentrate on.
