1. The Basic Reporting Program accounted for 7%
of NPIC',s total manpower utilization during FY 169,
and 8% during FY '70.
2. From a Group view point, 8% of IEG's effort
was required against the Program in FY '69 and 9%
in FY '70; 6% of PSG's effort was in support of the
Program in FY '69 and 11% in FY '70.

SUBJECT Basic Reporting Program Costs
22 September 1970
1. The costs to NPIC for the FY 69 Basic Reporting Pro ram as
derived from the Center's Management Information System, was I 25X1
man-hours. Of this total, approximately I Iman-hours were actually 25X1
worked during FY 70 to accomplish the completion of the FY 69 ;program.
2. The attached table shows the distribution of man-hour costs by
NTP functional category for the FY 69 and FY 70 basic reporting programs.
Also shown are NPIC manhour costs in production support to basic programs
