Here is the response prepared by`VV to the
OEL request for special courier service. I have
taken the liberty of redrafting Steve's earlier
memo which did not seem to me to be very clear.
Steve tells me that we can provide this
service at no extra cost. Our early morning
courier has been picking up magnetic tapes
from OEL but has not delivered them to
in time catch the 0700 courier that goes from
o NSA. On the days that OEL wants us
to a iver tapes to NSA they will just call in
the early morning courier earlier than usual in
order to have the material here before 0700.

1. From time to time this Office has magnetic tape
recordings and other material which must be expedited to NSA.
Because of the material's classification and priority, it cannot
be held until the normal 0700 courier pickup the following day.
