MEMORANDUM FOR: HPSC Coordinating Committee
SUBJECT : High Precision Stereo Comparator Schedule
1. The technical monitor visited from 15-17 June to review the 25X1
progress on the HPSC program. `)
2. The fabrication schedule has slipped a great deal. It is
estimated that this will slide the entire program sixt~da s. The slip
is caused by the optical alignment taking much longer than originally
programmed. Attached is a new schedule which feels they have a
reasonable. chance of achieving.

3. The on-the-job training at will also slip. The new dates 25X1
are the second week of October for computer programming, the fourth week
of October for maintenance, and the second week of November for operator
training.
4+. Copies of the test plan have been submitted by the contractor
and will be reviewed by PHD, ESD, and RED.
5. Copies of Part 1 of the Maintenance Manual have been provided to
ESD.
6. The technical monitor will be on annual leave from 22 June to
3 July 1970.
