tract. The meeting is to take place at 1300 in the 5th floor RED confer-

3. The program is apparently slipping somewhat--exactly how much
is not clear at is moment. n ica ions are it is at least a
week, probably more. The reason is, at least in part, because of the
failure of suppliers to meet their delivery commitments.
1E. Ias requested this meeting so that they may state the 25X1
reasons for the slippage, present a new scheduling, outline plans for
getting back on schedule to produce the required number of tables by
the first of the year, and describe plans for future progress of the
program. They feel they would like to stress their understanding of
the importance of the effort by making a personal presentation of the
facts.
