1. I find this experience -- it eras not a "seminar" -- of sane
interest and suggestive of sow applicatio s. There are and will be
places and tires when the techniques described could he useful to the
Center and the Directorate.
2. I do not anticipate that such techniques will be applied
appropriately and personally by Agency managers uiv only have the
benefit of a tae- k trn5ning class in these techniques -- I doubt
that three or four weeks would be sufficient for tat purpose.
3. If are to gain productive applications of these decision-
assisting techniques, should have available in the Agency full-tip
experts in their use -- experts who could be called in by a arena r
to assist him and his component. The experts should be full-tire
Agency employees -
4. 1 shall consider the pros a cons of training a Center
be-
officer, or tom, to the point at which they old be ex? ert.

S. The particular session which I attended was too loosely
organized and lacked a focus on our vim points. More care and time
should have been taken in preparing the student -- before and during
the week -- for what he was to receive and gain. I point this con-ent
at the 0/DDI, as well as at 0Th, OCS, and
