doing it for, and to kit kinds of uses is it likely to
be put?
2. The answers to those questions should influence sore questions
mind, resulting fm my reading of your outline -- for dale:
a. I question if we should be doing one t ntaal, or
separate ones for NPIC and MS.
b. I question if the manual is an appropriate vticla
for examining the ostensible problem of the balance between
collection and exploitation.
