they plan a 50 minute presentation on the
general subject of imagery exploitation. The

MEMORANDUM FOR: Special Assistant, NPIC
SUBJECT : Briefing for the Introduction to Intelligence Course
1. I have received a request from the course chairman for,
the Introduction to Intelligence Course to provide a speaker from
the NPIC on the subject of J: age,ry.,,Explp_ atop. The briefing is
on6~;Apri1~1970 at 0900.-0950 and will be held at 1000 Glebe Road
in Room 701. The presentation will be part of tie block of in-
struction on "Processing of Intelligence Information" and would
serve as an example of this type of intelligence function. At-
tached is the schedule for the last running of the course.
2. OTR plans that for each block of instruction three guest
speakers from components involved in the particular intelligence
activity will be obtained and they Will be rotated to give the
briefing for each course running. Therefore, NPIC can expect to
be called upon approximately three times per year. The guest
speakers and panelists participating in the course range from
the new young professional employee through office chiefs. The
course planners are not concerned with the "name" or grade of
the speakers but want individuals who can give a good factual
presentation on the particular subject and who are willing to
freely artici ate in question and discussion periods. I believe
thati is the type of speaker they are looking for in this
course.
