a situation. u may receive a call on (from whom
he does not ow) concerning a computer program
that we have developed successfully for our
Digital Image Manipulation Project. This
computer program evidently is creating great
interest in OSP, ORD and OCS circles and
make it available until we do further work. He
plans to talk to about this later
