5. Executive Council Meeting Notes
reported on items of interest from the Executive Council Meeting
of Tuesday, 27 October. Of particular note were the following:
a. Middle East coverage after 5 November was discussed.
b. It was announced that have chartered
an aircraft to fly their people back and forth between California
and Washington, D. C. The Agency has been invited to participate
in the use of this aircraft as needed. is investi-
gating with OSP Admin the procedures involved for Agency personnel
who would be interested in flying on the chartered aircraft.)

c. reported to the DDI on the status of the NPIC
support to the US-UN Mission in New York.
commended PSG for the rush color print job they did
reported briefly on a series of meetings that have been
hel recently on travel restrictions and pouching of classified materials.
He stated that a CIA Notice would be out within the next week or so detail-
ing the new procedures. The new Notice will relax somewhat the current
restrictions.
