25X1 Approved For Rel NPIC Staff Meeting 3. Announcement Mr. Lundahl announced that the Metropolitan Police Boys' Club Campaign is now underway. He asked that all support this effort which is described in Headquarters Employee Bulletin #239, dated 1 June 1970. Declass Review by NIMA/DOD 25X1 25X1 Mr. Lundahl commended for his services to NPIC during his three year tour here. He is departing this summer for an assignment in Vietnam. 2. Commendations and Notes Mr. Lundahl read and commented on the following: 25X1 a. A cable from I _~a which expressed appreciation for NPIC support during the week o Y. 25X1 were singled out for their efforts. 25X1 b. A letter from which expressed appreci- ation for the briefing given him y Mr. un on 23 April. 25X1 c. A note from Group Captain thankin Mr. Lundahl for the briefing and luncheon given for on 27 May. 25X1 d. A letter from General Advisory Committee on Arms Control and Disarmament, which expressed appreciation to Mr. Lundahl for the briefing he gave to the Committee on 28 May. 25X1 e. A letter fromi hanking the people at NPIC for their thoughtfulness during a troubled period for her and her family. 4. Events of the Past Week a. Monday, 8 June - Mr. Lundahl briefed DoD/ISA. b. Wednesday, 10 June - Mr. Lundahl and participated in a briefing for the Army Policy Council at the Pentagon. Executive Council Meeting Notes Mr. Lundahl reported on items of interest from the Executive Council Meetings of 9 and 12 June. Of particular note were the following: a. The A/DDI, commented favorably on the civilization movies now being shown at the Headquarters building. b. The DCI will give a State of the Agency address on Friday, 19 June, at 10:30. The number of persons who may attend are being allocated among the DDI offices by DDI/Admin. c. There will be a CIA Historians Meeting next Tuesday, 17 June. d. The Geographic Attache Program is under budgetary fire. is briefing Congress in an attempt to save the will be taking a TDY trip to Europe in the f.
