Here is the first bath of Fitness Reports
on Branch Chiefs and u~5~*e first batch will
include only GS-12's and GS-13's. I have
asterisked on the attached sheet those Fitness
Reports which have been included and noted the
overall Fitness Report rating.
The Fitness Reports from the other Group/
Staff should be up within the next day or two.
Just as an overall observation, it's
interesting to note the overwhelming use of the
"S" rating for this group. In RRD,for example,
