TSSG -.Little impact on TSSG operations, no comment at this
time.
TEG ... interpose no objection to the document as written,
MG - the principal user of the file should be the one
that maintains the file.
151W - ... since the primary contributors and main users of
the file will primarily be Department of Defense
organizations, we should now recommend that the
responsibility for coordinating and maintaining the
Object Data File be shifted to the DoD.
a. All inputs to the ODF will be made during third-
phase reporting only; and, therefore, NPIC would contribute
little to this file.
b. The principal users of the file will be the scientific
and technical analysts within DoD.

SUW CT: Requirement and .Guidance for Structuring the Automated
Object Data Pilo (CDF
c. The initial (verbal,) position of CIA. is that the CDF
is not necessary.
U. At present the file is maintained in a very limited
and initial sense. Its current use is to provide listings
of objects. No data on the objects has been input.
e. The file may be useful within NPIC. To what extent
cannot be determined at this time, -although lEG has orally
commented that it would make few, if any, requests of the
file.
3, The undersigned realizes that the recommendation of
this paper would require a charge in the NTP. At first glance,
it w o u l d appear that C would have to note the change to
USIB, per the NTP itself.
4. Recomrsten ation: In view of the above - if the file is
to be maintained and further developed along the lines of the
reference - it is recoz ended that the IdsIC position be that the
responsibility for coordinating and maintaining the ODF as stated
In the NT? be transferred to DoD.
