Receipt of TACKLE Materials
1. Responding to your inquiry of several days ago which originated.
I believe, in your discussion with the Director, I submit the following information.
The information in the second paragraph originates in DFD/Special Projects
Branch, which is the unit responsible. The information in the third paragraph
I have obtained from NPIC, which has the responsibility for handling once the
material has arrived in Washington.
