SUBJECT: NEW Personnel Training

BM training requirements and recresmending S Mule program are
appreciated. Their 24 Zaly 1962 staff study reflects much work and

discussing training concepts, support and personnel. For the Immediate
future, It is considered best to reCruit an "KFTC /raining Officer"
qualified to develop and administer the Center's progrant. Be would
operate from the Adoinistrative Staff. Ito ultimate disposition of
