As you are probably aware my Colorado venture got itself absorbed into
Data Corporation of Dayton, and I came along. I am most pleased with the
direction of these events and am happy to once more be a participant in affairs
of moment.
Mr. William Gorog, the Executive Vice President of Data Corporation,
and myself currently plan a visit to Washington during the week of 15-19
April and would appreciate an opportunity to visit with you at your convenience,
somewhere in that time frame.
We, at Data, have evolved a unique idea-nonhardwa.re-which I feel will
be of active interest to yourself. We would thus welcome the chance to orally
submit that idea to you for your long range consideration, and need I add that
if you can manage to join us for a lunch at that same time we would be delighted
by your company.
If you can work our visit into your week would you have your secretary
call us collect (Area Code 513, 426-3111) and we shall hold all other plans in
abeyance to conform to your schedule.
My warmest congratulations on your recent honor. I sincerely doubt that
there is a man in Government more deserving of the recognition than yourself,
and I know that I felt a sense of pride on your behalf at the news. To quote our
mutual friend, Robert A. -"Good Show".
