MEMORANDUM FOR: Cafeteria Manager
SUBJECT: Food and Service at Bldg. 213 Cafeteria
1. Since subject cafeteria was first established,
it has been my very good fortune, in the course of my
duties, to make use of its facilities at least once a
week.
2. The food and service at Bldg. 213 are, in my
estimation, superior to that in any other government
establishment in the area and, in addition, superior
to many more expensive restaurants in Washington.
3. Therefore it gives me great pleasure to
extend a hearty well done to you and your staff.
