Our thoughts and comments were about the same, so are combined in the comments that follow. 2. The test was not conducted under conditions similar to those encountered in most operational circumstances; the U-2 operational altitude is much higher, the time of day is not always optimum nor are weather conditions, the interpretation is not of such stereotype objects as trucks, etc. 3.
