Development, House International Relations Committee, three documents
which he had requested from Jim Lilley, NIO, on Taiwan. I left: the documents
(all unclassified) with Duskie with the understanding that they were for back-
ground only, nonattributable, and were to be returned as soon as he had
finished with them.
