South Vietnamese press spokesmen continue to report heavy fighting in
the: central highland provinces of Pleiku and Kontum. They also state that
terrorism and shellings increased in the delta, and that clashes occurred at
four points along highway 4 between Saigon and the Delta. There has been no
official reporting as yet to substantiate the government's claims.
