It has been. brought-to my -attention that adequate transportation
arrangements for fen le employees who are assigned to night shift
duty is not being provided. , I recognize-that this is not a new problem,
but I believe twit a complete reconsideration is warranted in light of
therelatively large number of such employees who are now working
