INTRODUCTION
This brief has been prepared in accordance with NPIC responsibilities
for third-phase imagery exploitation under the National Tasking Plan.
BASIC DESCRIPlION
No changes are evident at the triad facility at ABM Launch Complex E15
since it was last reported in detail in the referenced NPIC report. 1/
Construction was halted while the triad was still relatively incomplete,
and its appearance has remained unchanged in over three years. A secondary
indication of inactivity at the complex is provided by photographic cover-
age of the complex during the winters of 1965, 1966, and 1968 which re-
vealed that snow had not been cleared from the roads within the complex.
The section of the support area that is directly associated with the
ABM launch complex also remains unchanged since the referenced NPIC report.
Minor changes observed in sections of the support area which are
related to the operational SA-1 complex include the addition of two small
buildings and the removal of three small buildings.
