The report listed below substantially satisfies existing basic reporting ..
requirements for this target. This brief describes developments at Moscow'ABM
Launch Complex E33 from August 1968 through May 1969. Included is.an annotated
photograph from Mission 1051-2, May 1969.

Since August-1968, the most significant activity in the launch area has been
the modification of building A, TRY ADDS 2'(Figure 1). Construction has continued
on two ancillary buildings in TRY ADDS 1. New tree. clearance and. unidentified
construction activity are noted in an area along the complex access road immediate-
ly southwest of the gatehouse.

are probably externally complete.
Mission 1051, May 1969,:shows thatthe~ancilla buildings under. construction
adjacent to buildings B and C.in TRY ADDS 1 56-20-24N,036-47-20E) 25X1
On 15 May 1969, a GALOSH missile canister was engaged in ' the'erected
position in the launcher erector at launch position lC3.
Mission 1050, March 1969, revealed that a modification to building A, TRY
ADDS 2 56-20-34N 036-1+7-46E) was under construction. The modifi-25X1
cation consisted of a single-wing structure extending from the northeast side of
the building. There was no evidence of this modification in August 1968.
Similar construction was concurrently under way at ABM. launch- complexes E21., E05,
and at E31. No changes to the wing can be discerned-in Mission 1051, May 1969.
Support and Housing Facility
No significant changes are observed.
