1. The attached report replaces and supersedes
copies of which should be destroyed.
2. This reissued report, Chin-kou-ho Possible
Gaseous Diffusion Plant, China, dated April 1971, adds a description
of the plant's primary building in August 1968 when it was under
construction and was evident in photography -- information which was
omitted in the original report.
