first reported under construction on

proximately 26 nm of railbed and track
had been laid. When finished, the rail
line will provide direct access from four
areas of unidentified activity to the 25X1A
Po Hai (Gulf) near Hu-lu-tao Naval Base
Shipyard and Port Facilities
3. This new line will also connect
with two existing Peking/Shen-yang rail
lines.
