1. In response to nequiremcnt Ira. RR/298/62 (C io3-62),, a study is
,being made of developments in the transportation facilities of selected
locations and railroads in the USSR in order to :t ar ish, on a continuing
basis., intelligence useful in providing' early earning of Soviet military
mobi?.ization against NATO.
2. The following locations have been studied on recent coverage
with results as indicated:
