1. This memorandum is in answer to referenced requirement concerning
Peron Ai rcrr Engine Plant #19.

dates indicated. The line drawing of the Engine Plant (Enclosure #1) was
constructed frown (Enclosure #2), to show the limits of
this plant and the plant layout. Enclosures #1 and #2 have corresponding
annotation numbers for the major buildings. One key to annotations is furnished
for both enclosures.
3. Penn Aircraft Engine Plant #19 is located in the southern suburbs of
Perm, USSR, at coordinates 57? 58' 40"N/560 lir' lO"E. The Engine Plant is
.served by rails and major roads. Enclosure shows this
plant containing approximately 2,,951+,225 square feet of floorspace. The power
plant, located at Annotation #27 has not been included in this tabulation. All
other buildings within the area of the Engine Plant have been included in this
total but only the major buildings have been annotated. Enclosure thaws the
addition of four new buildings since
These buildings are located at annotation t1l .000 square feet), Annotation
12 (34,300 square feet), Annotation #30 (51,375 square feet) and Annotation #32
120,500 square feet). Extensive Engine Test Facilities are located at Annotations
"#6, 8, and #15 on Enclosures #1 and . The Engine Test and Assembly Building
at Annotation #6 possibly contains 6 modified "L" type test cells. Annotation i8
locates 4 possible modified "L" type test cells, and Anmotatioa #15 locates a
block of aspproxiasu %tely 16 "U" type test cells.
