1. This memorandum is in answer to your requirement dated 1 November 1962
requesting line drawings with measurements of four. possible missile-related
installations near Volodvisk, Chadayevka, Bulzhino and Nyandcma.
2..,A detailed study of. the above installations revealed that all four
areas have some basic. features. These basic features include the following:.
multiple rail sidings with a road extending from these sidings into two clearings
within heavily forested areas, no security-fencing identified, and buildings
associated with these installations are not of any unusual size or configuration.
3. Enclosed are line drawings of each of the installations depicting
changes since the. installations were first observed.
