1. This memorandum is in response to your requirement dated a March 1963.
requesting identification and orientation of antennas located on the root of
the headquarters building of the Soviet Strategic Rocket Forces.
2. The small scale of the photography precludes identification of the above
mentioned antennas. In tact, if such antennas were identified it is highly,
unlikely that. their orientation could be gained from the present photography.
