which requests measurements of buildings within various airframe and engine plants
in the USSR.

errors estimated at 34 to 50 percent for the tare buildings. The smaller structures
have errors that may be more than CO ; ercen t and in some areas the quality is such
that even rough z ea.s urements are .I?pocsib1e.
