1. This mamorendtet is- in response to your requirement dated 18 March 1963
which requests a list of those KEN and IB 4 launch complexes which have been
covered by photography of sufficient quality to reveal the presence of'aQditional
launch sites.
2. The following is a listing of the J,7 MRU4 and IRBM launch coap lezes to
the USSR at which only cue or. two launch areas have been identified-to date.
Ccmplexes? at which three sites have been identified, are not included. The
tabulation consists of the following items:

(a) The latest date of photography on which It is possible to state
that additional S 4 launch sites of a known configuration are not present within
?15,nv of the complex.
(b) site type (Y, IY, in or iv) as carried by CMAIC.
-j - _ (a) Date of photography on which each site was first observed and the
construction status of each site at that time.
(d) Latest date of photography on which it is possible to negate the
existence of each site (where photography permits)*
