Possible Space Tracking Facility Near Ust Ukhta, USSR
1. This memorandum is in response to your requirement dated 16 September
1963 requesting a search for a deep-space tracking or communications facility
near Ust Ukhta, USSR.
2. A 50 nm radius search was made around Ust Ukhta. The area was covered
on good quality, clear photography fMK; No deep-space
tracking or communications facility o a a evpa or.ya was identified
during this search.
