Detailed examination of the photography covering the Kapustin
Ya.r Missile Test Center reveals at least four double rhombic antennas
under construction at Launch Complex "C". The rhom.bics, which include
two day and two night antennas, are located approximately 1, 000 feet
south of the launch complex support area. (47037'N/46013'E). The following
.dimensions have been obtained by projecting the final position of each mast
as evidenced lay its respective anchor positions.

The dimensions approximate the structural characteristics for the
Russian 65 4/1. double rhombic antenna which is designed for use at dis-
tances over 1, 500 kilometers. This factor, coupled with the concurrent
construction nearby of the two largest pads at Kapustin Yar, suggests an
