l3 nm northeast of reference point.
FUNCTION:
One of a group of sites deployed for defense of the Verkhne Neyvinskiy
Atomic Energy Plant.
SITE STATUS
Late stages of construction. Not operational..
LAUNCH FACILITIES:
Six launch revetments with six launchers emplaced.
SECURITY.
Security fence encloses operations area.
Security fence encloses support area.
REMARKS
Scale and obliquity of photography preclude detailed interpretation.
Guidance revetments appear completed, missile hold revetments
under construction and service roads graded.
Th:ree buildings are located in the support area,
A. SAM support facility under construction 13 nm to the southwest
probably will serve the site.
Site is situated in a forested area on relatively flat terrain.
