in Telephone Cable Plant "Sevkabel", Leningrad, USSR.
The Telephone Cable Plant "Sevkabel", located along the south-
western edge of Vasil'yevskiy Ostrov In Leningrad, is one of the most
important electric wire and cable plants in the USSR.
A study of photography shows that there has been little
a arent change in this plant since the previous photographic cover in
25X1 D The only noticeable changes are two new buildings described be-
ow w ich are annotated on the accompanying photograph of the plant.
1. A four-story building, 165'x 145', has been constructed at
the southwest corner of the main plant building. This building
occupies the site of a single story structure that was des-
troyed during World War II.

2. A two-story building, 165'x 55', has been constructed along
