The Leningrad Television Institute NII 380 is an important in-
stallation engaged in research, development, and production of television
equipment. The Institute is divided into the Fontanka Branch and
Lesnoy Branch, located four miles apart.
The Fontanka Branch consists of a single large building located in
central Leningrad, on Fontanka Drive at the southeast corner of Fontanka
Drive and Chaykovskogo Street. This Branch is incorrectly loctated in the
adjacent city block on US Target.Complex Mosaic A 25X1A

change in this building or in the appearance of the immediate area. No 25X1 D
antennas are visible on the photography.
The Lesnoy Branch, located in north Leningrad, was not covered by
25X1 D photography. However, collateral information and photography
25X1 D indicate that this branch is correctly located as Mosaic
