BIERUT IRON AND STEEL PLANT
CZESTOCHOWA, POLAND
The Bierut Iron and Steel Plant is located at Czestochowa in
southern Poland, about 65 miles northwest of Krakow. Comparison
reveals extensive expansion of this
plant, which is still under way. Part of this expansion has taken place
on the former site of the Kucelin Airfield. Plans call for this to be
