The Leningrad Electrical Equipment Plant, "Vodtranpribor", 206,
located in north Leningrad, reportedly produces sonar and marine navigational
equipment.
A comparison of reveals that the follow- 25X1
ing changes have taken place at this plant: a large three-story E-shaped building
(annotation No. 6) has been added, and an L-shaped section has been removed
from a two-story building (annotation No. 3).
The small scale of the photography precludes a description of radar and
communications antennas, parked vehicles, and security facilities. The plant
is not rail served.

tated on the accompanying photograph.
