The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group. in the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. A small, inactive training area, located 6 km west, contains a tank/assault-gun firing range, a wheeled-vehicle automatic-weapons firing range, and 9 support buildings. Kishinev Army Barracks West covers approximately 85 acres and contains 2 admini- stration buildings, 7 barracks, 4 probable bar- racks, 5 probable quarters, 3 storage buildings, 2 vehicle sheds, a vehicle park, 20 support build - ings, a small-arms firing range, and 2 parade fields (Figures 2 and 3). POL Storage Area Kishinev Petroleum Storage I I Equipment Storage/ Maintenance Areas Area J1 contains 2 vehicle sheds (approxi- mately 390 by 45 feet and 280 by 45 feet) and 2 storage buildings. Area J2 contains a vehicle park approx- imately 255 feet square. Athletic Fields Areas K1 and K2 are parade fields.
