The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1P la (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Production Center 1Pla. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. At least 9 other military installations are within the Vilnius complex. The road- and rail-served ordnance and POL area covers 70 acres and contains 1 probable barracks, 2 administration/barrack.;- type buildings, 18 storage buildings, and 5 vehicle maintenance/storage buildings. Pie POL area contains 24 vertical tanks, 1 prov- able horizontal tank, and 7 support /storage buildings (Figures 2 and 3). missions overed the area. Cori- parative analysis reveals no change. Railroad Service A rail spur runs adjacent to the depot on the west side. The POL area is served by a rail spur. The area has access to primary roads emanating from Vilnius. General Storage Area Area E contains 18 storage buildings. POL Storage Area Area G contains 24 tanks with the following diameters: one 45 feet, six 30 feet, five 35 feet, five 20 feet, and seven 25 feet. The area also contains a possible horizontal tank 110 feet in length and 7 support/storage buildings.
